Foundation : R.C.C. Column-beam Structure with footing of at least 3 feet. Tie beams and plinth to make structure earthquake resistant. Foundation to start will be digged at least 6 feet or till the firm soil.

Internal wall finish:
  • 4 ½” thick internal walls.

  • All internal walls finished with plaster & painted in plastic emulsion paint.

Each toilet:
  • R.C.C counter for wash basin with granite top.

  • Bath cubicle with shower panel with frosted glass partition in one bathroom.

  • Exclusive fittings and fixtures with quarter turn and finished in steel, Jaguar or equivalent (BIS) make.

  • BIS marked designer sanitary wares with dual flush system.

  • Exclusive soap dish, towel rail, towel rack, paper roll holder etc.

  • Colored designer tiles on floors & on walls up to 7’ of Kajaria or equivalent make.

Plumbing:
  • Concealed plumbing for hot & cold water pipe system.

Roof: Wooden roof made of Saal / Pine or equivalent wood. Rafters & planking made of pine wood with insulation and GI sheets to cover the roof.

 

External wall finish:
  • 9” thick external walls with stone cladding on some parts.

  • All external walls finished with plaster & painted with exterior grade paint.

Wood work:
  • All external doors and windows made of 'Saal' wood with Teak Veneer or equivalent with natural finish.

  • All window and door frames made of 'Saal' wood with Teak Veneer or equivalent.

Electrical work:
  • Copper wiring in PVC conduits with MCB supported circuits with adequate no. of points. Telephone & T.V. outlets in all rooms through PPR pipes as per DIN (German) standard. BIS marked modular electrical switches. Earth leakage breakers.

  • Provision of spot lights and door bell.

  • Designer light fittings.

  • Fencing of plot: Wooden fencing all around the area of plot and wooden gate.
